How long will it take to get my order?
Orders leave within 24 hours. US delivery takes 5 to 7 business days, international 7 to 16 days. You get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
Do you ship overseas?
Shipping is free across the United States. We also ship to selected international destinations, with costs shown at checkout before you pay.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking number in your shipping email, or go to our Track My Order page.
What if the shade is wrong for me?
You have 30 days, opened bottle included. Email contact@skynvea.com and we refund you, or we help you pick the right depth.
How do I get a refund?
Email contact@skynvea.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. Once approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Which of the six shades is mine?
Pick your depth, not your undertone. Light and Medium for fair skin, Tan and Deep for medium, Rich and Expresso for deep. If you are between two, go lighter: the pigment deepens slightly as it settles.
How do I apply it?
Shake well before use. On clean skin, apply a small dot directly onto each cheek. Blend with fingers to activate the pigments and allow the formula to adapt to your skin tone. Allow 1-2 minutes for the full shade reveal.
How much coverage does it give?
Light to medium. It evens overall tone, redness and general unevenness while letting your skin show through. A concentrated dark spot or a blemish will still want a touch of concealer on top.
Can I wear it over my skincare and sunscreen?
Yes. Apply your moisturizer and SPF first and let them absorb fully, then apply the serum. Going on too soon is what causes pilling.
